In this energetic 60 min class heated to 36C. The first 30 minutes will be spent on moving through a progressive yet basic vinyasa flow series, weaved together with breath allowing the group to move as a collective. Modification is encouraged to students new to vinyasa flow. The Second half of class slows down with longer holds to restore, strengthen then lengthen your muscles. The intention of this class is to get you sweating and honour where your at in your body and practice.
