HIP HOP VINYASA
Heated to 32 Celsius. Expanding our awareness of the power of our mind body union focusing on the right and left brain connection. Uniting postures with a continuous awareness of how our breath guides our practice synced with down tempo to upbeat hip hop music. This is a fast energetic class with tight transitions. We work on repetitions based off one sequence making it similar to a choreographed dance. Set series allows you to learn the poses week after week and progress. This class is a cardio and balance conditioning class.
