Core Yoga
The Room is heated to 32 Celsius this class is based off the 'Tapasya' Hot Yoga alignment  blue print, however it is not a set series. The intention of this class is to weave in poses and exercises that focus on conditioning the transverse and oblique abdominal "core" muscles. Along with allowing a deep full body stretch this class is well rounded and energetic. Modifications are offered. Beginner to all level welcome
