Heated to 32 Celsius this class is based off the 'Tapasya' Hot Yoga alignment  blue print, however it is not a set series. The intention of this class is to weave in poses and exercises that focus on conditioning the transverse and oblique abdominal "core" muscles. Along with allowing a deep full body stretch this class is alignment based. Modifications are offered. Beginner to all level welcome

The class is heated to 34C. A progressive and strong classical vinyasa flow series, weaved together with ujjayi deep breathing allowing the group to move as a collective. A well rounded class with modifications offered to students newer to Vinyasa. 

Power Vinyasa classes are heated to 32 Celsius and consist of lively, energetic, and flowing theme synchronizing breath with movement. Build strength, flexibility, and concentration. Cleanse the body and calm the mind. Power Vinyasa classes do not follow a set sequence of postures, each class is unique. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work (pranayama). Most Power Vinyasa classes are modelled on the Ashtanga style of yoga. These classes are appropriate for active beginners through to advanced students. Modified versions of more challenging postures will always be given. Be sure to work at your own pace, and take breaks whenever you feel the need. Come and be inspired!

A restorative style deep stretch class heated to 32C. Great for anyone! Move into postures for an extended period of time (2+ minutes). Stretch out your muscles, chill out your mind, and ease into a pool of stillness. Sore? Tired? Low on energy? This class is for you. This class is open to all levels.

Heated to 32 Celsius. Expanding our awareness of the power of our mind body union, focusing on the right and left brain connection. Uniting postures with a continuous awareness of how our breath guides our practice. This class is synced with down tempo to 90s upbeat hip hop music. A set series allows you to learn the poses week after week and progress. 

Fusing heat and principles of alignment, with the remembrance of intention and self awareness. This traditional hot yoga class consists of static Hatha postures and two breathing exercises. A set series that is well rounded, allows you to go deeper knowing what to expect as you progress in your practise. Suitable for beginners to the experienced yogi. Heated to 40 Celsius.

This is a beginners class for all levels that looks at the foundations needed to begin, or carry on an Ashtanga vinyasa self-practice. The goal is to teach a beginning practice or help revitalize existing practices in a sustainable way. We will be learning the standing series in the twelve weeks, and each class will have a different focus starting with correct ujjayi breathing, the three main bandhas, the five domes of the body that help you lift, how to correctly align each posture so that you can practice without injury etc...This class will be for many levels including those who have never practiced Ashtanga, or those who have had a self practice, but want to go deeper with it.
