Core Yoga
The Room is heated to 34 Celsius this class is based off the 'Tapasya' Hot Yoga series blue print, however it is not a set series. The intention of this class is to weave in poses and excersises that focus on conditioning the transverse and oblique abdominal (core) muscles. Along with allowing a deep full body stretch this class is well rounded and energetic. Modifications are offered if needed. Minimal one leg balancing poses cater to people who may be working with a limitation or injury. Beginner to all level welcome
