CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

CORE POWER
Heated to 32 Celsius.

LEVEL 1-2

A cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with exercises that focus on conditioning the transverse and oblique abdominal "core" muscles all weaved together with breath. Modifications offered.

HOT VINYASA
Heated to 32 Celsius. 

LEVEL 1

A progressive classical Vinyasa Flow series, weaved together with Ujjayi deep breathing allowing the group to move as a collective and active rest in downward dog between sets. A well rounded class with modifications offered to students newer to Vinyasa.

POWER VINYASA
Heated to 32 Celsius.

LEVEL 2-3

A lively, energetic, and flowing theme synchronizing breath with movement. Build strength, flexibility, and concentration. Cleanse the body and calm the mind. Power Vinyasa classes do not follow a set sequence of postures, each class is unique. You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work (pranayama). Most Power Vinyasa classes are modelled on the Ashtanga style of yoga. These classes are appropriate for active beginners through to advanced students. Modified versions of more challenging postures will always be given. Be sure to work at your own pace, and take breaks whenever you feel the need. Come be inspired!

YIN YOGA
Heated to 30 Celsius in cooler months.

 LEVEL 1

Move into postures for an extended period of time (2-5 minutes). Stretch out your muscles, chill out your mind, and ease into a pool of stillness. Sore? Tired? Low on energy? This class is for you. A restorative style deep stretch class. Great for anyone! 

YINYASA MUSIC

Heated to 30 Celsius in cooler months

LEVEL 1-2
Best of both! 45 min of Power Vinyasa into 15 mins of Yin Yoga. Condition the body, bring balance back and gain flexibility. 

HATHA HOT YOGA
Heated to 38 Celsius.

LEVEL 1

Fusing heat and principles of alignment, with the remembrance of intention and self awareness. This traditional hot yoga class consists of static Hatha yoga postures and two breathing (pranayama) exercises. A well rounded set series allowing you to go deeper knowing what to expect as you progress in your practise. Great for anyone working with an injury. Voice led with clear basic queuing and instruction. Great for beginners to all levels.

VINYASA BASICS

Non-heated

LEVEL 1
Learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga: Sun Salutations A & B,  Ujjayi deep breathing and the main Bandhas of the body and how to engage them as you move through the half primary series (Ashtanga standing posture series) led by the teacher. Great for beginners.

SATTVA FLOW

Non-heated.

LEVEL 1

This is a dynamic practice to build balance, inner strength, and energy through a fluid posture flow. Breath work and meditation are incorporated into the classes to strengthen the lungs and center the mind. This practice is an invigorating way to flush, clear, and heal the body and mind.
